Hyaluronic acid is an acid mucopolysaccharide. It exists in our cartilage, connective tissue, joint fluid and skin. Hyaluronic acid serves a vital role in numerous bodily functions, especially the overall health and maintenance of our skin and joints.
Hyaluronic acid is produced through microbiological fermentation. After cross-linking, the characteristics of hyaluronic acid products are stable.
